Independence Day Celebrations 2017

On the occasion of Independence Day, flag hoisting was done in the college premises where all the faculty and students attended the celebrations. Students organized some cultural programs including singing patriotic songs, speeches and dances. The event was graced by Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu, secretary of MLR institutions.

Orientation Day 31st August 2017

The orientation day program was held for our new batch of students of B-pharmacy and Pharm-D. Dignitaries including Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu and others were present at the program. The students along with their parents interacted with our senior students and faculty.

Teacher’s Day Celebrations

On the occasion of teacher’s day, the students conducted a program dedicated to their beloved teachers. The students decorated the seminar hall, welcomed all of their teachers, and performed cultural activities. Principal Murali Krishna Sir graced the program and spoke a few inspiring words.

Teacher’s Day Celebrations

The Telangana festival of flowers and glory , Bathukamma, was celebrated on a massive scale in the campus. Beautiful bathukammas and colorful rangolis were decorated. The students and faculty were seen in traditional attire. All the girls and women faculty joined together for the bathukamma dance.

Pharmacy Week Celebration, 24th September 2017

Honoring the noble profession of pharmacy, pharmacy week celebrations took place. Various competitions were conducted and students participated in all the programs. The opening ceremony was graced by the honorable chief guest. At the closing ceremony, the winners of the competitions were awarded by the Principal, Murali Krishna sir.

Fresher’s Day 2017

As the tradition goes, the senior students welcome their new batch of junior students by celebrating the fresher’s day. Events like ramp walk, dance programs, etc were organized. Our Chairman, Shri Marri Laxman Reddy garu graced the event. 

Alumni Meet 30th December 2017

Gathering the passed out students of our institution, a successful alumni meet was conducted on 30th December. Secretary sir, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu was present. The alumni meet was a great experience for both the institute and its alumni.

Republic Day 2018

The Republic day of India was celebrated with gaiety and patriotic fervor in the college. Respected principal of MLRITM, K. Venkateshwar Sir hoisted the flag. There were some very inspiring national songs sung followed by inspiring speeches by the students and teachers. 

Cancer Awareness Programme

Mega Blood Stem Cell Donation

A mega blood stem cell donation drive was organized at Marri Laxman Reddy group of institituions to encourage the young donors to participate wholeheartedly and appreciate this initiative by Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu to donate blood and save lives.

Technical Fest, Cultural Fest

Valorous 2018, the technical fest with the theme, ‘challenges and opportunities in transforming the pharma research’ was conducted. The event was organized with the help of our faculty coordinators and student coordinators. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu was present for the opening of the event.

Annual Day Celebrations

The annual day celebration was organized by the management and students with great interest and enthusiasm. The students have actively associated in all segments of the programme. Felicitation and distribution of awards and certificates to the students for their exemplary performance in academics, sports and other co-curricular activities

Tree Plantation Program, Dundigal.

Tree plantation programme was organized to help raise awareness regarding the environment. Our principal, Murali Krishna Sir and Principal of MLRITM, K. Venkateshwar Sir came forward and planted trees and motivated the students to participate in this great cause.

Farewell

Like every year’s tradition the juniors arranged a farewell programme for the seniors. The principal addressed the seniors by wishing them a great career ahead. After that, the juniors gave dance performances for their seniors and were very enthusiastic. 

Graduation Day

Graduation day was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm. All the graduating students in their graduation dress with tassel on their right received the light of knowledge from the guest, secretary, principal and all the teachers. It was a moment that really added charm to the atmosphere with a sense of achievement.

Haritha Haram – A green Initiative

The haritha haram- a green initiative program was launched to rejuvenate degraded forests, protecting these forests. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu took special interest in planting the samplings along with the students inspiring them the importance of planting trees.

Free Medical Camp, Bandamadaram

A Free medical Camp was conducted aiming to provide free medical services to poor communities living in rural areas/ villages by the students. The local officers supported and co-operated with us in conducting the medical camp.

Independence Day

The students, faculty and staff gathered together in the college on the occasion of Independence Day and participated in the national flag hoisting ceremony and cultural events. Our principal, Shri Murali Krishna sir addressed the importance of democracy and freedom.

Orientation programme was conducted aimed to enhance students’ familiarity with the faculties. The students with their great enthusiasm reported and registered themselves at the college. The new batch of students were welcomed for their new phase of life.

Free Medical Camp, Srirangavaram

A free medical camp was conducted in Srirangavaram with the help and support of the local officials of the region. Our students set up the camp with fine equipments and expertise. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy sir was also present at the camp and supported the students.

A free medical camp was conducted in Gowdavelly village with the help and support of their local officials. The students were guided by a certified doctor and the camp was conducted in a fine and professional manner. People came forward for a general medical checkup and interacted with our students.

Free Hepatitis B Vaccination Camp – Nuthankal, Gowdavelly&Yellampet

A Free Hepatitis B Vaccination Camp was organized in Nuthankal, Gowdavelly & Yellampet on respective dates. The government school students were vaccinated freely for hepatitis B and were taught importance of vaccines and health to raise awareness among them

Graduation Day 2018

Just like that, another year passed and another batch of our students graduated with flying colors. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy sir and Shri Mamta Reddy ma’am were present at the graduation ceremony and celebrated the joy along with our graduated students.

Mock MUN

Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the United Nations where students play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real world issues with the policies and perspectives of their assigned country. The mock MUN event was conducted in the college so that the students will get an idea how the MUN works.

Bathukamma Festival

The colorful festival bathukamma was celebrated with great zest in the college. All the students and faculty came in traditional attire, decorated the beautiful bathukamma and arranged them in the rangoli and danced around it.

Alumni Meet

Alumni meet is conducted every year . All the graduates gather over. During their meet, the alumni community shares their experience in the outside world. Chairman of the institute, Shri Marri Laxman Reddy garu graced the event and congratulated all the graduates and gave them good wishes for their future. Shri Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu was also present who addressed everyone and shared his words of wisdom.

Republic Day

College celebrates republic day on January 26th every year. The program starts with flag hosting. Songs, patriotic dances are performed by students. Murali Krishna sir and K. Venkateshwar Sir, Principal of MLRITM, hoisted the flag and the faculty joined them to offer garland to the Father of the nation.

CONFLUENCE MUN

Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the United Nations where students play the role of delegates from different countries and attempt to solve real world issues with the policies and perspectives of their assigned country. The first edition of Confluence MUN was organized in the college and was a huge success. Along with college students and private school students, the government high school students were also a part of the event that showed active participation and great enthusiasm.

Annual Day

Annual day is conducted every year. Prize distribution, prize distribution and many other culturals were performed. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy sir joined the floor along with the students during their performance and made it memorable. It was a fun-filled night with some great performances.

Graduation Day

A graduation is a special ceremony for every student at which degrees and diplomas are given to who have successfully completed their studies. The college handover degrees to successful graduates every year wishing them good luck for their career ahead and their bright future.

Mega Blood Donation Camp

Blood donation camps were conducted in our college. College organized camps to educate people about the benefits of donating blood. Our college students also participated in these camps and gave a major contribution to this noble life saving cause. Faculty and students together did a great job in organizing everything required for the mega blood donation camp.

Pharmacy Week Celebrations

Every year pharmacy week is celebrated in the college. Various programs were conducted like poster presentations, art presentations and seminars. Seminars include sessions given by professional speakers who motivate the students and guide them career wise. A health camp was also conducted in the college with basic health checkup.

MOCK MUN

A Mock MUN was conducted in the college to give a peek into how the 2nd edition of confluence will be back this year. Mock MUN was conducted to provide basic knowledge and details about how a MUN conference functions. Many students especially freshers came forward and participated in the MOCK MUN.

HEALTH AWARENESS SESSION

Many health awareness programmes are conducted all over the world. Our college conducted health awareness camps in the college and nearest places of our college. Awareness camps helped to reach out to many school students who needed an insight on the importance of health and awareness of it.

Health awareness sessions were conducted inorder to educate school going students the importance of health and to raise awareness of adapting a healthy lifestyle. The school students were interactive with our college students and showed their interest in learning something new. It was an interactive and successful session.

FREE MEDICAL CAMP

Free medical camp has been conducted in the college. Students and professors conducted General tests like blood-sugar test, hemoglobin test, blood grouping, body mass index etc. Government school students visited the college for general health checkup. 

HEALTH AWARENESS SESSION

An health awareness session was conducted at NSKK high school and junior college, Gagillapur. The students were taught the importance of health and healthy lifestyle. Our students interacted with the school students and raised awareness regarding health.

A health awareness session was conducted in zilla parishad high school, Dundigal. Our faculty along with their students visited the school and presented them seminars explaining the importance of health. They also interacted with students making it interesting and informative.

Confluence MUN

Confluence MUN is back with a second edition much stronger and much better. There was an explicit conduct of conference in the college with had active participation of students. This year also we had government high school students participate in the conference. Marri Rajasekhar Reddy sir graced the opening and closing ceremony of the conference and supported us throughout.

Valorous

Valorous 2020 was conducted with great enthusiasm. Chairman, Shri Marri Laxman Reddy garu and Secretary, Marri Rajasekhar Reddy garu graced the event. Several programs were conducted which interested all the students to participate. A medical camp was also conducted by the students which included general vital health checkup.

Placements 2018, 19, 20

Our institute conducts on-campus placements, also known as campus recruitment drives where the college invites the best companies to come and interview students to gauge their potential as future employees. Our college invites various companies to conduct recruitment drives in the campus and helps the students prepare themselves for placement interviews.
